An experienced Ignite Wellness Programs facilitator will come to your school or organization to lead your Enough group.  A group typically runs for one hour a week for 8 weeks, however we can customize the scheduling to meet your schedule.  All supplies included.  

You will be contacted by phone to make arrangements for your group.

*Pricing listed is per student in the Calgary area.  A minimum of 6 participants is required to run a group.  Maximum group size of 12-15 is recommended.
